Returns and Exchanges Policy
You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it.
You can return new, unopened items, with it respective labeling or tags on it, from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you.
Items should be returned in their original packaging without any signs of wearing or used.

Muluc Patagonia, LLC accepts returns and exchanges through the mail. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.
Atention International Purchases: If you bought our products in countrys other than USA (United States of Amercia), you won't be able to exchange, return or repair it, due to rasonable differences on the export and import duties, stock, exchange. That's why you should provide a copy of your original invoice as a proof of purchase. If you live in the USA or Canada and you would like to purchase our products you should do it at our official website or any retailer in the countries just mentioned.

The return/exchange value is determined by the garment's last retail price. Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we will issue a Gift Certificate or a discount cupon for such ammount to buy on-line.
We enclose a return form in every mail order package. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, repair, credit or refund. If you do not have the return form, include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Muluc Patagonia cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card for the last known retail value.
Repairs
Repairs will be accepted, only if the demage was a factory demage, and they will be accepted within the first 20 days from the purchase day.
By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; please wash the garment before mailing it. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR REPAIRS – with shipping – is about six (6) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.

Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. The garment will be evaluated and if there is to be a charge, you will be contacted. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or send a Gift Card for the last known retail value of the piece. If the garment has sentimental value, and you would like to have it returned to you rather than being issued a credit or replacement, please make this very clear to us in your letter.

Items will be returned to you in a similar fashion as they are received: ground orders will be returned via ground shipping and express orders via express shipping.
